Qualification
- The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, Computer Science, Biotechnology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- High-level expertise in bioinformatics tools, advanced biological data analysis, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Perl are required. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in managing and analyzing large-scale sequence datasets, developing and maintaining databases, and applying data mining and data science techniques to biological applications. Strong skills in high-throughput data analysis, scripting, and leveraging server-side tools for efficient storage, retrieval, and processing of biological data are highly desirable.
