Qualification

• Assistant Superintendent: A Degree from a recognized University
• Warder: Who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Education Board/ University along with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject at Matriculation level, or any other equivalent examination with Punjabi language, which may be specified by the Government from time to time.
• Matron: Who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Education Board/ University along with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject at Matriculation level, or any other equivalent examination with Punjabi language, which may be specified by the Government from time to time.

• Assistant Superintendent: L-6 (35400-112400)
• Warder/ Matron: 19900-63200 (L-2) (as per 7th CPC/Pay Matrix and recommendation of in -house Committee (Minimum Pay Admissible) Allowances As admissible by the State Government from time to time
