Candidates do not have to pay any application fee for Veterinary Assistant Surgeon and Additional Veterinary Assistant Surgeon Recruitment 2025 in Group-A under the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC).

 Age Limit 

Candidates should meet the following Age Limit for OPSC Veterinary Assistant Surgeon Recruitment 2025.

Minimum Age of the Candidate: 21 Years

Maximum Age of the Candidate: 42 Years

Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02/01/1983 & not later than 01/01/2004

Age relaxation is applicable as per the Government rules.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should have the following minimum Educational Qualifications required for the OPSC Veterinary Assistant Surgeon Recruitment 2025

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science or its equivalent from any recognized University in India or abroad.

Must possess required conversion certificates recognized by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI) in case of candidates having a Degree from Universities of Foreign Countries.

Must possess a valid Registration Certificate under the Odisha Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1970.
